i think v7 is really amazing. Sure there are some points on her which i dont like (skins of older figures dont work well, and a lot of time to render) but she is very realistic and with some combinations of HD morphs and surfaces she looks really good. I dont know with dae export or pz3 i can use her in poser or other programs too. Morphs from g2f or older can convert to g3f morphs with the transfer utility. V7 ok i have to say g3f (cause V7 is only one of the figures) is at the moment the best figure at the market and you can do everything with her there are no limits 🙂

In reply to Eric. Yeah, Bethany has a wonderful looking face. I currently only have V7, but I will surely pick up the other packages when they have a good sale. I am really loving Genesis 3 and Iray. Lots of new stuff to learn, and the expressions together with the Iray skins are a nice step up, in terms of what I can produce. I am heavily into G2 as well, so it is great that most of the clothing transfers well. That together with the pose convverters by Zev really makes the transition very doable, and not too expensive. Overall, very happy with all these upgrades from Daz.

Not sure about V7 – haven’t picked her specifically up – but they immediately came out with a figure that was almost perfect for a character I wasn’t happy with in G2 (at least most ways I could work on her.) Bethany.

I just wish they’d released a G3M and Michael 7 at the same time… and yeah, oy, all the work coming up to update everything. I’m just heavily into G2.

I like V7 – she’s got a lot of character and poseability, more lifelike. So I sprang for her and the morph packs. Even managed to figure out IRay rendering. What I DON”T like is that she’s not compatible with Poser so I’m having to use DAZ Studio. I am pleased with IRay renders. But I probably won’t be spending a lot of money on Genesis 3 content.

Glad I discovered your blog. I’ll be checking back periodically to see what you’re working on. Your images are beautiful, by the way.
